Charitable Donations

EASAV is proud to support the following organizations and future animal health professionals:

 

nait graphic $3000.00 - Annually - Six $500 Scholarships for (3 first year and 3 second year) students in the Animal Heath Technician Program at Northern Alberta’s Institute of Technology (NAIT) in Edmonton Alberta.
EHSgraphic $5000.00 - 2007-2009 - Donation to the New Building fund of the Edmonton Humane Society in Edmonton Alberta.
WRSE $3000.00 - Annually - Donation to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Society of Edmonton in Edmonton Alberta.
kidsupfront Yearly donations of Admission Passes to the Edmonton Valley Zoo - November, 2007 to present - Young people involved with the following organizations benefitted through this donations: Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Wetaskiwin, The Family Centre, YWCA, Prince Charles School.
  Dr Bernhard Boisvert Memorial Scholarship Fund - supporting a student at the WCVM.  EASAV will be making a donation of $500 towards this fund in 2010 and encouraging its members to support this fund through private donations.
  University of Alberta - Animal Science Program.  $500 annually for the next 5 years.  Supporting a student in the pre-veterinary program at the University of Alberta.
  UCVM and WCVM - one student in the 4th year of each program (starting in 2012) who is interested in small animal medicine and planning to practice in the Edmonton area will receive free continuing education for 1 year!
