Alessandro Massolo Biography:
Dr. Alessandro Massolo has a BSc in Biological Sciences, a Master in Animal Biology and Behavior and a PhD in Zoology. He held several positions as sessional professor in various universities across Italy before joining the Department of Ecosystem and Public Health a the Faculty of Medicine at the U of C in 2008. His most recent research focus is on the study of coyote ecology and gastrointestinal parasites (including echinococcus, giarrdia and cryptosporidium spp). He has authored and co-authored more than 90 publications and 8 book chapters.
